By accessing or using the DC Pool Supply website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
User accounts
You may need to create an account to place an order or use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
Orders, payments & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order has been placed.
We strive to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
Listed prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Any applicable tax and shipping charges are calculated and added at checkout.
Product compatibility
You are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your existing equipment – such as your pump, filter or heater from brands like Pentair, Hayward or Jandy – before you place an order.
Product images and descriptions are provided as a guide only and may not reflect every variation. If you are not sure whether a part fits your setup, please check with the manufacturer or ask a pool pro before ordering.
DC Pool Supply is not responsible for any costs that result from ordering a part that is not compatible with your equipment.
Installation & professional use
Many of the products we sell are intended for professional installation. Please review the manufacturer’s instructions before installing or using any product.
DC Pool Supply is not responsible for damage to equipment or property, or for personal injury, that results from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Manufacturer warranties
Where a warranty applies, products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, coverage and duration are set by the manufacturer.
DC Pool Supply does not provide any additional warranty unless we state so expressly in writing.
Pool chemicals & hazardous materials
Pool chemicals must be stored and used strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage and use of any chemicals you purchase.
California Proposition 65
Under California’s Proposition 65, certain products may carry a required warning about exposure to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Where a product requires a Proposition 65 warning, it will be noted on the product or its packaging.
Shipping & delivery
We offer free shipping on all items. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur for reasons outside our control.
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier’s hands. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for more detail.
Addresses & refused deliveries
- Incorrect addresses: you are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Refused deliveries: shipments that are refused at delivery may be subject to the original shipping charges and any return fees charged by the carrier.
Returns & refunds
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items may be returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, and refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once we receive your return.
Intellectual property
All content on this site – including text, graphics, logos, images and software – is the property of DC Pool Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Always follow product labels and manufacturer safety instructions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DC Pool Supply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DC Pool Supply and its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sacramento County, California.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
